2. Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Domestic orders within the United States will be shipped via standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, or next-day delivery, depending on your preference.
- Estimated delivery times for domestic orders:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
4. International Shipping
- VacheronElite also offers international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Estimated delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination country:
- International Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 3–5 business days
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout, and the exact fee will depend on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly outlined at the time of the promotion.
6. Delivery Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
- VacheronElite is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events that may affect delivery.
7. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status on the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours after your order has been processed, please contact us for assistance.
8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. VacheronElite is not responsible for delivery delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted international locations. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact our customer service team.
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
- In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
- Claims for damaged or lost packages must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier.
